The Fluffington Post has learned exclusively that the local kitten pictured above is absolutely bonkers for NPR. ”He listens to their podcasts non-stop on his iPod,” said a source close to the situation. “His one complaint is that All Things Considered rarely covers pressing cat issues.”

My favorite time of day is just before the sun rises. I love egg scrambles and French press coffee. I love my anxious Siamese waiting to be fed. It is the opportunity for a new start to each day that fuels my morning nostalgia, with a new to-do list, not yet tainted by the afternoon drag. Or maybe my morning nostalgia is simply fueled by coffee. Either way, I like my mornings the way they are.

Revisiting my old friends in Harry Potter!
This reminds me of a cross country t-shirt I have that states, “Coaches favorite excuses not to run”. Fortunately, most of these excuses would apply to yoga, as well. They include, but are not limited to, “it is raining” and “it is sunny”.
